Clare Gardens is a 128 unit section-8 affordable housing complex in the Highland neighborhood of Denver, CO. Built in 1995, this rehab is currently projected to be fully complete by Sept 2022. The scope of interior work for the apartments includes all new HVAC (previously there was only heat, now there is added AC), new water heaters, new flooring and paint, new cabinets and granite countertops, all new plumbing and lighting fixtures, new tubs and surrounds, new doors, hardware, and trim, and updated panels and meters brought up to code. The scope of exterior work includes all new Hardie siding, new windows, roof repairs, new gutters and downspouts, and new entry doors with interlocking hardware. The sitework will include the install of new stormwater detention structures on the north and south side, brand new LED site lighting, all new wireless security camera system, path of travel repairs, and parking lot repairs with new striping. Towards the end of 2022, new landscaping will be installed as well.
